From the vineyards of Modena, northern Italy, comes Mr Organic's sweet and tangy Glaze. Made to tradition, we blend a selection of organic grapes and wine vinegar, which have been matured over time in wooden casks. This helps to bring out the fruity depth of flavour, which can be used to garnish a variety of dishes.
