Quirky Monkey Hot Chocolate is deliberately unsweetened and made with healthy ingredients . However if you have a sweeter tooth you may wish to add your preferred sweetener or a spoon of sugar. We know some of you expect hot chocolate to taste sweeter. By leaving it out we stay true to our brand values and allow you (the consumer) to control the taste

Raw Cacao Powder, Reishi Mushroom Extract (3.33%), Cordyceps Mushroom Extract (3.33%), Lions Mane Mushroom Extract (3.33%), Ashwagandha Root Powder, Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil (from coconut), Maca Root Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Rose-Hip Powder.

Lion’s Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps mushroom extract: Used for centuries to help support different areas of our overall wellbeing.

Raw Cacao: is the most purest form of chocolate derived from the Theobroma cacao tree. It is created by cold-pressing unroasted cacao beans. Rich in nutrients, antioxidants and essential minerals.

Ashwagandha: an ancient herb that is classified as an adaptogen, meaning it can help the body manage stress.

Maca Root: a root vegetable compound containing flavonoids, which may help support the body’s hormonal system, energy and stamina.

MCT Oil: a derivative of coconut oil – a unique type of fat quickly absorbed by the body and converted into energy, making it a popular ingredient among athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Cinnamon: Ceylon, also known as true cinnamon, rich in mineral manganese.

Rose-Hip: is a fruit that is rich in vitamin C

Mix a paste with 5g (tablespoon) of Choc-O-Shroom and a small amount of hot milk of choice. Add remaining hot milk and stir well. Enjoy!
