Quirky Monkey Hot Chocolate is deliberately unsweetened and made with natural ingredients . However if you have a sweeter tooth you may wish to add your preferred sweetener or a spoon of sugar. We know some of you expect hot chocolate to taste sweeter. By leaving it out we stay true to our brand values and allow you to control the taste

Lion's Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps mushroom extract: This blend features a trio of mushroom extracts, each complementing the others for a harmonious fusion.
Raw Cacao: is the most purest form of chocolate derived from the Theobroma cacao tree. It is created by cold-pressing unroasted cacao beans.
Natural Orange Flavouring: Natural and zesty!
Ashwagandha: an ancient herb that is classified as an adaptogen.
Maca Root: a root vegetable compound containing flavonoids.
MCT Oil: a derivative of coconut oil - popular among athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Cinnamon: Ceylon, also known as true cinnamon, brings a warm, sweet flavour.

1. Mix a paste with 5g (tablespoon) of Simply The Zest and a small amount of hot milk of choice.
2. Add remaining hot milk and stir well.
