Mastic gum is a resin from the mastic tree, and genuine mastic comes from one place: the island of Chios in Greece, where it holds protected designation status.

Each capsule contains mastic gum with microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate as bulking agents, magnesium stearate as an anticaking agent, and an HPMC capsule shell suitable for vegetarians.

Natrahealth's dosing runs in two stages: four capsules before bed with water for four weeks, then two a day as a maintenance amount. That front-loading changes the arithmetic, so this 120 pack covers the first four weeks and then roughly six weeks of maintenance.

Mastic has been harvested on Chios for centuries by scoring the bark and collecting the hardened resin, which is why it is expensive relative to the quantity in a capsule.
