Natures Aid High Potency B Complex 50 with Vitamin C is recommended where stress is causing immune problems e.g. bugs or allergies.

Contains 250mg of Vitamin C to boost the immune system and combat allergies with sustained release to deliver the vitamins over a prolonged time period.

Natures Aid B Complex vitamins consist of a large number of substances that are involved in the metabolism of all living cells. Acting as coenzymes, they work together with the proteins in the various enzyme systems of our bodies.

The functions of the different B vitamins are closely synergistic and because of this, a deficient intake of one or more of them can cause deficiencies in the others by hampering their utilisation. B vitamins are water-soluble and are not stored in the body, therefore, they must be replaced daily and any excess is excreted.
