Coconut Oil is an edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of matured coconuts harvested from the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). Due to the high saturated fat content in Coconut Oil it is slow to oxidize and therefore does not easily turn rancid. Coconut Oil is commonly used in cooking, especially for frying and is a common flavour in many South Asian curries. It has been used for cooking for thousands of years and makes a great alternative to butter, margarine, olive oil or vegetable oil in all types of cooking including baking and frying. It is great for salad dressings, sauces, dips, smoothies and much more.
Natures Aid have gently removed some of the longer chain fats from the Coconut Oil which is the reason that this oil is liquid and therefore much more versatile than traditional Coconut Oils whilst maintaining all the culinary benefits.

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.
Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
