This pairs marine collagen with the vitamins and minerals usually sold alongside it, in a single daily capsule.

It contains collagen from a marine source, derived from fish, with vitamin C as ascorbic acid, zinc as zinc picolinate, niacin as nicotinamide, copper gluconate, riboflavin and D-biotin, in a cellulose capsule shell.

Zinc picolinate and copper gluconate are both chelated forms, generally better absorbed than oxides and sulphates.

Natures Aid's directions are one capsule per day with water, so this pack covers three months. Most collagen products are powders taken by the scoop; a once-daily capsule is a different proposition, and considerably easier to keep up.
