The rise in ‘fat free’ or ‘less than 5% fat’ foods has come about dur to the negative connotations surrounding the intake of fat in the diet. However, although it is true that our diets should not supply us with more than 30% of our calories as fat, there are certain fats that our bodies need to maintain good health. These essential fatty acids (EFAs) such as Omegas 3 and 6 cannot be made by our bodies. Omega-3 and Omega-6 are key components of nerves cells, cell membranes and prostaglandins (hormone like substances). Many modern diets are typically lacking in these EFAs and many people choose to top-up by supplementing.
Our Complete EFA is sourced from small oily fish; Anchovies, Sardines and Pilchards from the South Pacific Ocean. We use only fish oil that have been molecularly distilled for purity, balanced with cold-pressed Flaxseed Oil and cold-pressed Starflower Oil. Our carefully crafted formulation contributes to the normal function of the heart with the beneficial effect obtained with a daily intake of 3 softgels. DHA from our fish oil also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.
Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.
Europe
Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
