Each Natures Aid Evening Primrose Oil capsule provides 500mg of pure, cold-pressed Evening Primrose Oil. Cold pressing ensures that none of the valuable components of the oil are destroyed during processing and is vital to maintain the integrity of these oils.

Natures Aid Evening Primrose Oil is a rich, natural source of the unsaturated omega-6 essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA), with each capsule providing a guaranteed 8-10% GLA.

Evening Primrose Oil Gelatin (Bovine), Glycerine, Natural Source Vitamin E Prep (d-Alpha Tocopherol, Sunflower Oil).

Take 1-2 capsules per day with food or as required up to a maximum of 6.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
