Flaxseed oil is an excellent source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an omega 3 fatty acid, Linoleic Acid (LA) which is an omega 6 fatty acid and omega 9.

ALA is a precursor of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DPA), important omega 3 fatty acids, which are converted to non- or qualities prostaglandins and leukotrienes in the body.

Each softgel provides: 1000mg Flaxseed Oil (Linseed Oil)
Other ingredients: Modified Starch, Glycerine, Carrageenan, Di-Sodium Phosphate.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Take 1-6 capsules per day with food.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
