Natures Aid Flaxseed Oil is an ideal vegetarian source of Omega 3 fats, offering high levels of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) and Linoleic Acid (LA). Consuming 2g per day is necessary to experience the positive effects on maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Each of the 135 softgels contains 1000mg of cold pressed flaxseed oil, with 500mg of ALA and 170mg of LA. The delicate nature of these natural oils is preserved by cold pressing and avoiding heat treatment. This preserves all the valuable components and maintains the integrity of the flaxseed oil.
