NATURES AID FLAXSEED OIL CAPSULES
As more and more people become aware of the importance of fats in their diet, there is a growing interest in the benefits of using oils, particularly plant oils, to maintain good health. Recent research suggests that plant oils, including flaxseed, can help to maintain a healthy brain, heart and immune system, when they are taken in the right ratio.
Flaxseed oil is an excellent source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an omega 3 fatty acid, Linoleic Acid (LA) which is an omega 6 fatty acid and omega 9. ALA is a precursor of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DPA), important omega 3 fatty acids, which are converted to non- or qualities prostaglandins and leukotrienes in the body, which subsequently helps with discomfort in the body. Good health requires the right ratio of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in the diet. The ideal ratio is around 1:2. The average diet in the UK is more around 1:20 to 1:50, with way too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3. The ratio present in Flaxseed oil is about 1:2.

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.
Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.
Europe
Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
