NATURES AID FOLIC ACID HELP PREVENT SPINA BIFIDA

It is extremely important for all women planning a pregnancy to take a 400mcg folic acid supplement daily from the start of trying to conceive until the 12th week of pregnancy.

Natures Aid Folic Acid Tablets each provide 400ug of folic acid which is the recommended preventative dose as there is considerable scientific evidence and studies confirming the neurological risks to an unborn foetus if the mother is folic acid deficient during the pregnancy. This deficiency can result in a baby born with spina bifida, where the bone that protects the spinal cord is not fully developed.

Each Natures Aid Folic Acid tablet contains 400Ug of Folic Acid, the amount recommended by the Governments Chief Medical Officer to prevent neural tube defects.
Di-Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Folic Acid.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
