Each Natures Aid Ginger, Turmeric and Bromelain tablets contains
- Ginger root extract, equivalent to 500mg dried root
- Turmeric root extract, equivalent to 500mg dried root and
- Bromelain 100mg.
With a long history of use, spanning back over thousands of years, most of us are very familiar with the pleasant scent and warming effects of Ginger when used in food preparation. This aromatic spice has been extensively researched, studies indicate the presence of over 100 active components including Gingerols and Shogaols. Turmeric is an equally popular spice, a common ingredient in curries. However, Turmeric is also widely used in Chinese & Indian Herbalism and has also been the subject of much research in recent years. The active component in Turmeric is Curcumin, which is responsible for the spices distinctive yellow colour.
Bromelain is the name given to a group of enzymes found within pineapple juice and pineapple stems. These enzymes can digest protein, this is why the strength of bromelain is described by its ability to digest the protein gelatine. Natures Aid Ginger, Turmeric & Bromelain contains 100mg of Bromelain with a strength of 2000 Gelatine Digesting Units or GDU’s per gram.

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.
Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
