This is why Natures Aid's nutritionists have created this Hair, Skin and Nails Formula, complete with zinc and biotin to support healthy hair and skin.

The experts have carefully combined Silica, Aloe Vera, MSM and Kelp with other key nutrients including:

· Vitamin C to support normal collagen formation to support the healthy function of the skin.

· Biotin to support the maintenance of healthy hair

· Zinc to support the maintenance of skin, hair, and nails.

· Copper to help with the maintenance of normal skin and hair pigmentation

· Manganese to help in the healthy formation of connective tissues.

Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Kelp, Maltodextrin, Zinc Citrate, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Natural Source Vitamin E (D-alpha Tocopheryl Acid Succinate - product of soya), Manganese Gluconate, Anticaking Agent (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate), Copper Gluconate, Biotin, Aloe Vera Extract.

Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
