Natures Aid Kelp Tablets are a natural source of iodine.

Natures Aid Kelp is useful for:

• THYROID FUNCTION - helping regulate the thyroid gland.
• WEIGHT CONTROL- the thyroid's primary role is controlling the rate of cellular metabolism. The basic metabolic rate not only influences the production of energy within cells, but also reflects the rate at which fats are burned to produce energy. As a result thyroid function is a critical issue with respect to body fat concentrations.
• GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT - iodine influences normal, healthy growth and development.
• BREAST HEALTH - research indicates that iodine supplementation can be helpful in the treatment of fibrocystic breast disease which manifests as benign growths which cause pain and swelling in the breasts.

187mg Kelp Sea Kelp
Di-Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide), Star Anise Oil.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Take 1 tablet 3 times a day with food. Do not exceed the stated dose.
