Natures Aid PremEeze® 400mg (Agnus Castus) - Relief A traditional herbal medicinal product used to help relieve hormonal symptoms such as:

Agnus castus is also known as Vitex, Chaste Berry or Monk’s Pepper and is a large shrub native to the Mediterranean region of southern Europe. The plant produces small, aromatic white or lilac flowers in the height of summer and, after pollination, develops dark reddish-brown-to-black fruits about the size of peppercorns.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Active Ingredients: Each hard capsule contains 400mg Agnus Castus Fruit (Vitex agnus-castus L.)

Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: Take one capsule twice a day, morning and night. Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not chew the capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
PremEeze is suitable for anyone over the age of 18, looking for a traditional herbal remedy to relieve premenstrual symptoms.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on hormonal contraceptives such as the pill, implant, injection or Mirena coil, HRT or under the age of 18 you should not use this product.
