This is a two-herb blend rather than saw palmetto on its own, which is the main thing separating it from a plain berry product.

Each tablet contains a saw palmetto berry extract preparation and a nettle leaf extract preparation, with microcrystalline cellulose and di-calcium phosphate as the base and vegetable-source anticaking agents.

Saw palmetto and nettle root or leaf are traditionally combined in formulas aimed at men, and the pairing is common enough that a product containing only one is a different proposition.

Natures Aid's directions are one tablet a day with food, so this pack covers two months.

Individual extract amounts are not declared on our listing, so check the pack if you want exact figures before comparing it with a single-herb product. Fushi and Solgar both list plain saw palmetto, if you would rather take the single herb.
