It has been used for thousands of years in traditional medicines in many cultures, and we now know why this fruit has been so popular. Quite simply, its nutrient profile makes sea buckthorn one of richest sources of nutrients on the planet. In addition to Vitamins C, A and E, it contains omega fatty acids, carotenoids, minerals, and phytonutrients.

Sea Buckthorn is also an important source of Omega-7 (Palmitoleic Acid).
