Natures Aid Vitamin B12 tablets are sublingual to maximise absorption into the bloodstream and have a natural cherry flavour.

Vitamin B12 is the only vitamin containing cobalt, a trace mineral.

Vegetarians and most definitely vegans should supplement with Vitamin B12 as it is primarily found in meat, liver, seafood, dairy products and eggs. It is not found in plant foods.

Vitamin B12 1000ug
Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
Vitamin B12 Prep (Cyanocobalamin, Calcium Phosphate), Sweetener (Mannitol), Natural Flavouring (Cherry Powder, Maltodextrin, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid).

Take 1 tablet per day with food. Allow to dissolve slowly under the tongue or alternatively the tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
