This is a water soluble vitamin which is excreted within eight hours after ingestion and therefore it needs to be constantly replaced by eating whole foods or taking supplements.

Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine) plays a role as a coenzyme in the breakdown and utilisation of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It facilitates the release of glycogen for energy from the liver and muscles. It also participates in the utilisation of energy in brain and nervous tissues and is essential for the regulation of the central nervous system.

Very good in combination with Evening Primrose Oil for PMT.

Each Natures Aid Vitamin B6 tablet provides:
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 100mg 
Di-Calcium Phosphate, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anticaking Agent (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
