This is a colloidal silver spray sold as a cosmetic product, and that classification matters.

It contains purified water, non-GMO organic maltodextrin and CI 77820, which is silver. Nature's Greatest Secret state that more than 80 percent is true colloidal silver rather than ionic silver, and that it is made by a two-stage process.
