Organic, vegan and gluten free, Naturya's Turmeric Superblend is delicious and easy to incorporate into the daily diet. Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has a long history of use in Ayurvedic tradition and brings a warm, earthy flavour.

The blend is an important source of iron and manganese. Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body and to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Stir into smoothies, porridge, warm milk or yoghurt.
