New Leaf Products Erythritol is a 1kg resealable pouch of 100% pure erythritol, a sugar alcohol found naturally in fruits, milled to a fine 100 mesh powder that dissolves easily.

It has zero calories and tastes much like sugar, without a bitter aftertaste. Use it 1:1 by taste in drinks, or about 130g for every 100g of sugar in baking. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
