New Leaf Products Vital Wheat Gluten is a 1kg pack of pure wheat protein, the natural protein fraction of wheat, finely milled into a free-flowing powder with about 80% protein.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons per 200g of flour to strengthen bread, pizza and pasta dough, or use it to make seitan. One ingredient with no additives. Contains gluten, so it is not suitable for coeliacs.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
