New Leaf Xylitol is a 1kg bag of 100% pure xylitol, a plant-based sugar alternative that looks and tastes like sugar and can be swapped spoon for spoon in most recipes.

Use it to sweeten tea, coffee and porridge, or in baking and desserts. Note that xylitol does not work with yeast in bread. Keep it out of reach of pets, as xylitol is toxic to dogs.
