The artichoke is a perennial, which has been now throughout the mediterranean in more than 2000 years. It is the dried leaves from the plant, that are used in this tablet.
TURMERIC (Curcuma longa L.) Turmeric is a perennial in the ginger family, which is found in the tropical south Asia. Turmeric grows wild in forrests, where the plant thrives under temperatures between 20ยฐ and 30ยฐ and large amounts of rain.
