Apple cider vinegar powder, Cynara scolymus L. (globe artichoke), Taraxacum officinalis Web. (dandelion), filling agent (di-calcium phosphate), coating agents (magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), disintegrator (crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), and anticaking agent (silicon dioxide).

2-3 tablets with a glass of water at breakfast. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle.
