This is a botanical blend rather than a stimulant tablet, and the ingredient list is where the interest is.

It combines green tea extract from Camellia sinensis, black cumin seed extract from Nigella sativa, milk thistle extract from Silybum marianum, yerba mate leaf extract and choline hydrogen tartrate, with microcrystalline cellulose and crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as bulking agents.

Yerba mate and green tea both naturally contain caffeine, which is worth knowing if you are sensitive to it or already drink coffee through the day.

New Nordic's directions are two tablets daily with a glass of water, and they ask that you do not exceed the stated dose. At that rate this pack covers a month.
