New Nordic's Hair Volume is normally a tablet. This is the same idea as an apple-flavoured gummy.

Two gummies supply 150mg of apple extract, 125mg of millet extract, 100mg of horsetail extract, 475 micrograms of biotin and 2.5mg of zinc. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal nails.

The biotin figure is high, and biotin is the nutrient with the clearest authorised claim in this category, so it is the one to compare across products.

The base is glucose syrup, sucrose and sugar, set with pectin rather than gelatin, so these suit vegetarians.
