INGREDIENTS
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.)*, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis Kuntze.), magnesium oxid**, chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), nicotinamide*, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride*, thiamine mononitrate*, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin*.

For Sleep disorders: Take 2 to 3 tablets before bedtime. After two weeks use, 2 tablets are sufficient.

For Stress relief: Take 1 tablet during the day, as needed.

Not suitable for children. Do not exceed stated dose. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding. If you are taking any prescribed medicines consult your MD.
