Night Mushroom Superblend 150g

This is a chocolate-flavoured evening drink built on three botanicals and magnesium.

A heaped teaspoon supplies 1500mg of reishi mushroom from a 15:1 extract, 600mg of ashwagandha root from a 10:1 extract, 200mg of valerian root from a 4:1 extract, and 75mg of magnesium as citrate, in a base of cocoa powder with natural flavour, cold-pressed hemp and steviol glycosides from stevia. It comes to 14 kcal a serving.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to normal psychological function.

Medahuman's directions are one heaped teaspoon in 250ml of hot or cold water or milk, an hour before bed, adjusting the liquid to taste.

Stating the extract ratios alongside the weights is more useful than either alone, since a 15:1 extract at 1500mg is not the same as 1500mg of dried mushroom.

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Valerian may cause drowsiness, so do not drive after taking it.

Mix 1 heaped teaspoon with 250ml of hot or cold water or milk and drink an hour before bedtime as part of your nightly routine. Adjust water or milk amount for taste. 1 heaped teaspoon contains the botanical equivalent of 1,500mg of reishi mushroom. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place.
