Powdered erythritol is a zero calorie icing sugar replacement used to sweeten just about anything! It is a very fine powder with a similar texture to icing sugar so dissolves very quickly. It is ideal for recipes where a faster dissolving and finer sugar is needed. It's perfect for icing sugar, ice cream, meringues and can also be used for any recipe just like the granulated erythritol.

Erythritol is a naturally derived extract from fruits and plants and passes straight through your body undigested.
