NKD Living Psyllium Husk Powder is a 500g pouch of finely ground psyllium husk, from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant. Every batch is tested for heavy metals, micro-organisms and pesticides.

Psyllium husk is naturally high in fibre. Stir a teaspoon into a large glass of water or juice and drink straight away, as it thickens quickly. It is also popular in gluten-free and low carb baking, where it helps bind dough.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
