NKD Living Psyllium Husk Whole is a 500g pouch of whole psyllium husks from the seeds of Plantago ovata, and every batch is tested for heavy metals, micro-organisms and pesticides.

Whole husks are naturally high in fibre. Stir a teaspoon into a large glass of water and drink straight away, or use in gluten-free baking, where the husks help bind and give dough structure.
