Helping to maintain wellbeing during menstruations, NUTRAMENO contains Red Clover which helps to maintain a comfortable menopause* and Shatavari Root to help maintain balance in female physiology during and after menopause.

Red Clover 15%, Sage 15%, Lemon Balm 15%, Dong Quai, Rose, Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Shatavari Root 5%, Feverfew, Vervain.

Pour 200ml freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag, brew for 4-5 mins, squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness, enjoy 2-3 cups per day.
