In addition the subtle notes of Peppermint curb the effects of nausea and vomiting.

Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) 70%, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) 30%.

Place one tea bag in a cup or mug. Pour boiling water over the tea bag. Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy the tea.
