Nutri Support is a multivitamin built at practitioner strengths rather than everyday ones, and the vitamin E level shows it.

Three vegan capsules supply 200mg alpha-TE of vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, 100mg of alpha lipoic acid, 100mg of vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, 100mg of Siberian ginseng and 50mg of green tea extract, alongside the B group. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the immune system.

The vitamin C is supplied as calcium ascorbate rather than ascorbic acid, a buffered form that is gentler if plain vitamin C bothers your stomach.

Their directions are one capsule three times a day with food, so this pack covers a month.

Splitting the dose across the day suits the water-soluble vitamins, which are not stored.
