Each vegicap supplies 20 billion live microorganisms, including Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37, Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07 and Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04. Optibac state that count per capsule at the end of shelf life, which is the number worth comparing between brands, since some quote the figure at the point of manufacture instead. Refrigeration is not needed.

Take one capsule daily. At that rate this pack covers roughly three months, which is what makes the 90-capsule size better value than buying smaller boxes repeatedly.
