Higher Nature Oregon Cranberry delivers the equivalent of a minimum 48g of fresh cranberries per capsule, standardised for its content of A-type proanthocyanidins (PACs), the compound cranberry is valued for.

This pack contains 30 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Cranberry fruit extract 200-250:1, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Adults take 1 capsule daily, increasing to 2 if needed, or as your healthcare professional advises. Children 5 years and over: 1 capsule daily. Capsule contents can also be mixed into cold liquid or foods. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
