This wholegrain variety keeps its bran layer intact, giving it a nuttier flavour, firmer bite and more fibre than white basmati, while still carrying that familiar fragrant aroma. This mid-bulk pack is packed in recyclable film and is well suited to caterers, retailers or larger households working through rice regularly, serving well alongside curries, pilafs and other aromatic dishes. Being a wholegrain, it takes a little longer to cook than white rice, usually 25-35 minutes after rinsing. Certified organic and vegan, it's a dependable, larger-format staple for regular rice cooking.
