Biona Organic Black Seed Oil is cold-pressed from organic black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa), a traditional Middle Eastern and South Asian ingredient with a pungent, peppery flavour. It's typically taken by the spoonful or drizzled over pasta, salads and other dishes as part of a traditional diet.

This 250ml bottle is certified organic and made from a single ingredient. As with any concentrated oil, start with small amounts to see how it suits you.
