Our Organic Bran Sticks are made with toasted whole wheat flour, offering the same naturally high fibre content as bran flakes but in a crunchy stick shape that's just as good eaten by the handful as it is with milk. They provide a perfect slow energy release at breakfast time, helping you feel fuller for longer than more refined, sugary cereals. They're packed in plastic-free, certified home-compostable packaging, so the packaging matches the wholefood nature of the product itself. Enjoy them as a simple breakfast cereal, crush them over yoghurt for extra crunch, or use them in place of bran flakes in baking. Certified organic and vegan, they do contain gluten as they're made from wheat. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard to keep them crisp.
