Mitira superior category olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means, cold extraction. Intense and complex aroma, featuring notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke and unripe almond. The flavour is rich and balanced, with strong fruity notes. The aftertaste is long and strong, with peppery notes.
