Just Natural Organic Kamut Khorasan Grain 500g

Organic Kamut Khorasan is an ancient wheat variety with noticeably larger grains than modern wheat, along with a rich, buttery flavour and a firmer, chewier bite once cooked. It works well cooked whole as a wholegrain side dish or cooled into grain salads, and can also be sprouted or used in baking for a more substantial, nutty result than modern wheat flour typically gives. As an ancient relative of wheat, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet, though some people who are sensitive to modern wheat find heritage grains like Kamut easier to digest. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar. Simmer in plenty of water for around 45-60 minutes until tender. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
