Also known as Sana Makki, senna leaf tea is a traditional herbal infusion with a long history of everyday use, typically prepared by steeping a small amount of the dried leaves in hot water for several minutes before straining and drinking. Because of its strength, it's traditionally used occasionally and in modest quantities rather than as an everyday tea, and it's worth checking with a healthcare professional before regular use, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication. Certified organic, and naturally caffeine-free like most herbal infusions. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to keep the leaves fresh.
