Biona Organic Spiced Red Lentil Dahl is made almost entirely from organic red lentils, slow-simmered with onion, garlic and a warming curry spice blend of turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. High in plant protein and fibre, it's ready to heat straight from the pouch in minutes and works well on its own, with rice, or alongside flatbread.

Certified organic and naturally vegan, this 250g pouch is a quick, wholesome route to a proper dahl without the long simmer time.

Dispatch times
