Just Natural Organic Carob Powder is selected from trusted organic producers around the world, made from the pods of the carob tree rather than cacao. Naturally free from caffeine, high in fibre and low in fat, it has a naturally sweet, malty flavour that's noticeably milder and less bitter than cocoa powder, meaning recipes using it often need less added sweetener.
