Fushi Organic Flaxseed Oil is pure, fresh-pressed linseed oil made from flaxseed grown and harvested in England.

It is one of the richest plant sources of the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA. Use it cold, over salads, stirred into porridge or yoghurt, or in smoothies, as heat damages it. Keep refrigerated.
