Organic lemon extract, great for baking. Steenbergs Organic Lemon Extract is a sunflower oil based extract with a glorious lemon citrus aroma and flavour. Steenbergs Organic Lemon Extract has been created particularly for use in home baking but complements everything from desserts through to chicken especially together with herbs like rosemary and thyme. Recipe ideas - also great in stir fries. Ingredients: organic sunflower oil and organic lemon oil (15-20%) More recipe ideas from our Spice Taster panel: Sweet ideas: raw lemon truffles; rice pudding with stewed apples; milkshake; fudge; lemon drizzle cake; rhubarb, raspberry & lemonade cordial; mixing with double cream and the deliciously sounding lemon & nutmeg shortbread. Savoury ideas: lemon rice; marinades; aubergine curry; linguine; on tuna steak; smoked mackerel pate; fishcakes; lemon and rosemary potatoes. Apparently also great in cocktails! This product is registered with the Vegan Society and Kosher certified.
